Santa Carla is a cocktail bar & diner from the team behind Lost Souls Pizza in Camden.

A space shaped by nostalgia, and subculture with a healthy nod to a love of movies. A mural of horror heroes decorates the length of the room and a towering skeleton bathed in blue neon oversees proceedings from behind the bar. Afternoons melt away with our Happy Hour, and we keep claws tapping into the night with a soundtrack of cult classics.

While the decor channels a love of the VHS era, the menu is inspired by American diners and cocktail bars. Food here focuses on fun sides and diner-style burgers that are always pressed and never smashed — with the menu available vegan or gluten free on request.
